Made in South Africa. Built for the world.
Supamanpro (Pty) Ltd — the company behind Tshomi OS, Shopfront_OS, ITSON and BION. Product-first, evidence-first, funder-safe by default.
The founders.

Africa-first platforms
for the service economy.
Oko Macanda is a Johannesburg-based venture builder, fractional CTO and development strategist. His work brings together technology, enterprise and community development.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film from AFDA and began his career in film and television production. He then moved into visual communication and strategy for corporate and institutional clients, where his focus turned to client work and project delivery.
Since 2016, Oko has worked in business development and advisory across the renewable energy and technology sectors, including leading strategic engagements and partnerships at Synrgise. He has more than a decade of management experience in socio-economic development. He helped set up green mining pilots — raising the funding and connecting rural communities, government and the private sector.
These pilots grew into high-value agricultural programmes in macadamia farming and mine rehabilitation, endorsed by private-sector partners, government and agricultural cooperatives led by Traditional Councils. He has also served on the board of the Macadamia Agricultural Consortium South Africa (MAC SA). As Managing Director of Zaga Mining Crew, he leads mobile crushing and screening operations.
Today Oko builds Africa-first digital platforms for the service economy.
He co-founded Supamanpro, a WhatsApp-first AI platform that turns customer conversations into revenue. He is also the architect of ITSON, an operational intelligence and field-service platform, and BION, a wellness booking ecosystem.
Not theory. Trenches.
Lee Grant is a builder, operator and technologist. For more than 20 years he has built, scaled, rebuilt and occasionally blown up businesses across marketing, retail, technology, education, workforce automation and field operations.
The common thread has always been simple: technology is only useful when it helps a business sell better, serve better and see what is really happening.
He scaled a company beyond R250m in annual sales and built one of South Africa's most distributed retail data, field execution and technology operations — working across major retail chains and helping brands understand what was happening on the ground.
He did this across 8 businesses and subsidiaries, operating over hundreds of brands and retail stores with a national footprint, which enjoyed 53% compounded growth for 6 years.
He does not come at growth, systems or AI from theory. He comes at it from the trenches.
He has seen where businesses really leak growth — and not only in bad marketing.
- Missed enquiries
- Slow follow-ups
- Messy handovers
- Unclear ownership
- Weak customer journeys
- Disconnected systems
- Sales teams working blind
- Owners who can't see where revenue comes from
That is why he started Supamanpro. The company helps growing businesses modernise their sales, marketing and front-of-shop operations — building the operating layer between customer attention and booked revenue.
Better enquiry capture, faster response, WhatsApp-first customer journeys, AI-assisted sales support, booking flows, follow-ups, local visibility, reporting and revenue tracking.
Its core platform, Shopfront_OS, helps service businesses turn conversations into customers.
But Supamanpro is not “another AI product.” AI is not the point.
The customer is the point. Sales is the point. Conversion is the point. Follow-up is the point. Revenue visibility is the point. A better front-of-shop experience is the point.
AI simply helps the team build smarter systems around the work that already matters.
Lee is drawn to emerging businesses with real-world complexity: multiple branches, multiple reps, missed leads, manual admin, marketing spend with poor attribution, good people trapped inside bad systems. That is where he works best.
Tshomi OS is the productisation of ITSON.
ITSON started as an internal supervisor tool for a live enterprise-development programme. It went live in September 2025. By February 2026 we had our first funder sign-off — 92% biometric compliance, receipts on every payout, one supervisor per province.
Tshomi OS is what happens when you generalise ITSON. Same rails, same audit discipline, but multi-tenant from the ground up, with Tshomi AI on top.
One company. Four platforms.
Supamanpro (Pty) Ltd is the company. Each platform below is a separate product built by the same team on the same operating principles.
Multi-tenant operations OS for funded programmes. Compliance the day it happens, not the month after.
WhatsApp-first, AI-powered front-of-shop. Turns customer conversations into booked revenue.
Operational intelligence and field-service platform. The internal tool that Tshomi OS grew out of.
Wellness booking ecosystem. Same rails, different vertical.
Build the AI-native OS for real work.
Remote-friendly, Cape Town HQ. We hire engineers, designers, and field-ops leaders who've shipped software people actually use.
